Equator Catering Ltd has established, implemented and is maintaining a documented Quality Management System (QMS) that conforms to ISO 9001:2015.

The company has set up an organisation structure, which defines authority, responsibility and reporting for all management functions that have a direct bearing on the quality of products and services.

With the requirements stated in the manual, the company has put in to practice QMS Procedures, Work Instructions, and Quality Plans, and these apply to everyone in the company, to ensure effective planning, operation and control of our products and service.

The company monitors all processes in order to implement necessary actions, so that we achieve our planned objectives and continue improving our systems and standards.
